Outreach and Education
We offer curriculum-linked education programs for students, and general presentations for the public.
Focused on inquiry-based learning, our 1 hour presentations offer an inside look into the life cycle of spotted owls, their role in the ecosystem, and our conservation efforts.
Meet Canada’s only glove-trained spotted owl, Small Eyes!
Hear about the cultural significance of the spotted owl for Indigenous people!
Check out genuine owl feathers, eggs, nests, and pellets!
Email or call us to book an interactive learning experience. Presentations are unavailable during the busy breeding season Feb – May.
All proceeds help with the daily operations of the NSOBP, including food for the owls and aviary up-keep.
